Alice Mae Frick

Alice Mae Frick, age 83 of Jonesboro, died Saturday, April 3, 2021 at her home. She was born February 17, 1938 in Bartholomew County, Indiana, the daughter of Elonzo and Virgie Lucille (Tidd) Shipley. She married Howard Wayne Frick on January 14, 1956. He preceded her in death on June 23, 2001. Alice is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Kenny) Poole of Jonesboro; a son, Mike (Sheila) Frick of Dongola; grandchildren, Keith Poole, Jeremy (Brystal) Poole, Stephanie (John) Casey; great grandchildren, Chelsi, Remington, Avery Poole, Kamryn, Lakelynn and Maybree Casey; brother, Don (Connie) Shipley of Anna; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howard; sister, Barbara Knowles; two brothers, Robert and James Shipley. Alice loved spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all her family. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Richard and Bon Reynolds officiating. Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 1:00 on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Everyone attending will be required to wear face covering and observe social distancing guidelines. Maximum occupancy of the building will be limited to 50 people at one time.
