Albert H. Reynolds

Albert Reynolds, age 81 of Dongola, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024 at his home. He was born September 22, 1942 in Anna, the son of Esta Esco and Catherine Irene (Milton) Reynolds. He married Phyllis J. Hileman on April 9, 1964 in Dongola. She preceded him in death on February 3, 2002.

Albert honorably served his country in the United States Army. He was a proud member of the Local 318 Operating Engineers for over 30 years. He was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church. Albert enjoyed fishing and took a special interest in watching the hummingbirds.

He is survived by his daughter, Pamela Kay (Billy) Sharp of Anna; son, Timothy Joseph (Lisa) Reynolds of Olive Branch; special friend, Virginia Bowman of Dongola five grandchildren, Dylan Sharp, Darin Sharp, Grace (Alex) Jones, Daniel Klingeman, and Luke Reynolds; two sisters, "Evy" (Kenny) Flick of Cobden and Carolyn (Delmar) Hunziker of Jonesboro; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Phyllis J. Reynolds; brother, Donald Reynolds, and sister-in-law, Ruthie Reynolds.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 9, 2024 at the Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Brother Bobby Richardson officiating. Interment will follow in St. Johns Cemetery west of Dongola. Visitation will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Johns Cemetery. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
